Newbie Question

  • Hi all, I would like to start this diet soon, but I wonder if it is right for me. I am 34, 5’3″, and 118 pounds. I lost 60 pounds over the course of two years and have kept it off for four years now. I exercise regularly, which includes cardio and weight training, but I have not been able to lose some stubborn fat on my belly, arms, and inner thighs. Will this diet be good for losing that stubborn fat? And, considering I don’t want to lose a lot of weight, is it healthy for me? Thanks for the help!

    Hi Joslyn and welcome to the forum!

    Well done for loosing 60 lbs over 2 years, fantastic!! I am no expert but all i can say is with this way of eating you will loose all over, and your body shape defo will change 🙂 i can only speak from experience but hopefully others on here will post suggestions for you!
