My 30kg marathon – Day 12 = silver lining

  • There we go, the grumpy cloud has blown over and left only the silver lining behing, what a relieve.

    Energy levels continue to rise and if I don’t start doing some exercise soonest I might have to start taking Ritalin. Every morning I get up all bright eyed and busy tailed with a drive that I have long forgotten.

    Decided not to do 4:3 today since I am managing to stay so low on my non-fast days, yesterday I had less than 800 cals.

    I know right, and I am wondering why have I also had yo-yo weight when I can now all of a sudden manage my consumption? Not sure, it’s my burning question for the day.
