  • I’m thinking about undergoing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM). Anybody here tried personally during complete alternate-day fasting (total intermittent energy restriction), or “One Meal a Day” (OMAD) or some other IF? If so, what were results, is it worth it?

    If not personally, please help find studies and/or personal blog posts about that. I was able only find posts about personal CGM (no IF) and promotional info related to CGM during IF.
