Well, as pointed out in the post, I have a littler under 9 weeks before I am due to go on holiday, in early October.
I hope to lose at least 2 dress sizes by then. I’m 23, 5ft6 and currently 201.8lbs (size 18). I plan to alternate between 5:2 and 4:3 (mainly 4:3 most weeks), with a little added HIT 3 days a week and toning exercises 6 days a week.
I was wondering whether this is actually doable or has been achieved by some people??
I’m currently on my second week and have lost 5.4lbs in 1 week, but no measurement changes. I’m only just introducing the toning in this week, so hoping to see some changes then.
It’s really important to me that I actually manage to lose weight for this holiday (for many reasons) and this the diet is going to be a permanent thing for me, going down to 6:1 for maintenance when I reach my goal.
