Changed from 5:2 to 4:3 with amazing results

  • Initially tried the 5:2 diet but, after three months, changed to a 4:3 regime (Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 600 calories) and the results were spectacular! Lost 12kg, gave up statins and BP meds (BP now normal) and my fasting blood sugar down from 106 to 88. Anyone struggling with weight loss on the 5:2 should give the 4:3 a try.

    I agree, I use 4:3 when I can ( sometimes it doesn’t fit in with life) and it always improves things, especially if I’ve gone over the 500 on a FD. It seems to move the odds in my favour a bit!
