Anything that fills one’s heart with joy has got to be – in my opinion – one of the best possible prescriptions to promote truly-human health and well-being. With that in mind, I offer this clip from YouTube that makes my heart swell with love and joy and delight every time I watch it. I hope it gives you a tonic too:
