I’m wondering if there is any impact of the 5:2 diet on people living with HIV…would be happy to hear any responses.

It appears that there isn’t much known, since the NIH (US) is currently recruiting people with HIV for a study on the effects of intermittent fasting. Here is a link to the clinical trials webpage: https://clinicalstudies.info.nih.gov/ProtocolDetails.aspx?A_2018-I-0075.html
