    Snap! me too emlouwat. Exciting isn’t it? im on my 2nd week and 3rd fast day today… I must admit ive found it a little easier today already

    I’m on my 2nd week too! 3rd fast day yesterday and I lost3.5lb the first week.
    Really pleased with that.
    You’ve all done brilliantly!!
