Finally moving again!

After three weeks of no weight loss and getting a bit down hearted I weighed myself this morning and another 4lbs off !

I would really love to understand why this happens.

Anyway not too much more to go as I have lost 2.5 inches from my waist and hips which were not too bad to begin with are down also just an inch here.

Wow, good for you! The needle on my scale was stuck the last couple of weeks as well and this morning I had 2 lbs less. I don’t understand how it works, but as long as the overall trend goes in the right direction I’ll take it!
