  • Aside from going for a filling the last time I encountered a needle was a couple of years ago when I went for a blood test. They took three vials of blood, and I was white, clammy and sobbing by the time it was over.
I’m no good at all with needles, when I had my BCG in school the school nurse had me in a headlock. She was a lovely caring lady obviously.
I haven’t eaten anything yet, so I’m still struggling along. There is a lovely veggie lasagna in the fridge at home which is what I’m going to really have trouble avoiding this evening.
There’s no way I could cook on my FD! Even if I managed not to eat the finished product it would be a few spoonfuls here, a few spoonfuls there…
I normally try not to eat at all on an FD, but I might cave and make a low cal tomato soup this evening. But that seems like forever away. 🙁

Pseu, I’m not great with needles either. Having blood tests is so traumatic, and they always struggle, which makes it even worse! LOL at the school nurse having you in a headlock 😛 Seriously though, when its a real phobia, its not good at all 🙁

Keep going with your day, an hour at a time, we’ll get through it, just one day 😛

I’m doing ok. Quite hungry, but it comes and goes.

Lets stay strong and do this!

Hedgehogs, Jean, hope its going well for you too!

    xx

    Hedgehog…
It’s so lovely to get into clothes which have been put away…you must be doing really well..it when you get into your favourites and within a month they are going baggy…upsetting but nice…people must be noticing..😀

    Pseu..
I really don’t mind cooking…14 puds done….just letting oven to reduce and I have plain scones to go in, they are only 50 cals so they are nice if you fancy something..I reduce the sugar.

    DF..
Must be awful to be so terrified of needles…my grandson at 5 had to have a arm full taken, watching the nurse closely….asked if could take it home as it was his blood…lol

It’s when I start moving things in the cupboard..I have found box of choc fingers, choc digestives, choc digestive thins, small amaretto biscuits…good job Steve doesn’t find things..never sees anything…lol…might move them out the way upstairs for Xmas because I am not buying anything like that…

Laughing Steve has just walked in and said must be fast day you are baking….cup of coffee now..

Keep strong the days moving on..

    Jean x

Symba, I think it was you who said loss wise there’s not a huge difference between doing a water day and eating 400 odd calories – was there someone who tried that out?

    Pseu…

I have never done an all water fast…we have tried 3 fast days a week and 2 fast days a week and really for us weight wise it didn’t do much different for us ……others may say different…

I would try a water fast but Steve wouldn’t do it…I would rather keep him on board…it’s easier if we both do the same..

A few people do water only..bigbooty for one…he says it’s just easier…no thoughts of food and calorie counting…he has a point..

Still drinking water and trotting to the loo …lol

    Jean x

Pseu- feel for you with the needles! My hubby is not bothered by them at all (used to be in the ambulance service, so the sight of blood etc. is not an issue!) but he has this weird thing- called a vaso-vagal response, it’s to do with the nervous system and like going into shock- so he keels over with injections/ giving blood etc. He is so embarrassed but there’s not a thing he can do about it! A little of the lasagne with a salad would be okay and under 500 cals, wouldn’t it?
If you’re young and healthy- you must be to do all that exercise- then I’m sure you’d be fine if you got flu, so don’t worry about the vaccinations.
Jean- no way could I bake like you do on a FD!! Raw or cooked, I’d be picking away!! Good for you, drinking that water! (and hiding away the biccies you found!)
DF- hope that your day is going okay still.

I’m not good with blood either, so the blood test was a double whammy. 😀
I find it easier not to have dinner, and maybe just have a small snack instead. I don’t think I’ll be able to resist a few spoonfuls though!
    Well I’m 33, so youngish?

    Definitely young!!

Hi all – hope fasts have gone well today. I’ve overdone it a little…but within a reasonable margin, I think, and out for the rest of the evening.

Enjoyed the detail on hitting target, going a little below etc to cope with the bounce up when going on maintenance. I think it’s going to take me a wee while to get to my ‘that’s alright, but I’d like to lose a bit more’ target (I am a genius with catchy titles!)

I’m also toying with adding in a c25k target to keep me moving…just trying to find a point to fit it in 3 times a week.
Well done on your stone, Dave – that’s a lot in a short amount of time! Great determination.

Right, off to try on my new Peruvian belt with a little black dress…the belt is beautifully hand-stitched on canvas – the dress, well, more like a woolly cassock, but there we go!

    Mx

    Pseu…
    Definitely definitely young…..I wish…lol

    Hedgehog..
Enjoy your lasagne and salad…I am looking at my chicken and salad and I would like something different.

Must hide the biccies…lol..spotted a bit of a bottle pink wine at the back of the fridge..maybe tomorrow..he he..

    Minols…
    You are funny…a Peruvian belt on a cassock…on a pulpit..enjoy your evening…

Was Machu Pichu still remote enough that it wasn’t a tourist trap? I’ve heard of a few places that look great but when you get there everything is tacky and there are people selling tat everywhere.
It’s different because it’s in the middle of a city, but I went to see the Trevi fountain, and it was stunning, but you couldn’t get a minutes peace without someone trying to sell you rubbish. And I’ve heard there are coach car parks near the pyramids that takes away the experience somewhat.

    Pseu..

Coach parks are away from the Pyramids and you walk in…unless the bus driver tips the police and you get off quick…but as you say lots of tit tat about everywhere maybe more on the edge of the site…and begging…it’s still an experience to see these lovely places..you have to take it as it is with a open mind…

I was told there were dead bodies around the Taj Mahal..what a load of rubbish. …people maybe sleeping…..the atmosphere was amazing, we both cried….We love India …

2 ticks off my bucket list

Well I have eaten my chicken…roll on breakfast…it didn’t hit the spot at all….🙁

Hope everyone is managing ok….we have now finished..

    Jean x

Is this forum strictly for Brits? I started 5:2 at the urging of my British mates. I have already lost 4 lbs. Does anyone have any tips they can share? Much appreciated.

    Myizrgreen…
You are more than welcome to join us…it’s best to buy Michael Mosleys book as it gives an insight to how it all works, not only for loosing weight but health benefits…

How much do you know about the 5.2…. come and join in the group as there’s lots of support and help if you want it..

    Jean

‘Dissing tourist attractions by people’- we were told that Niagara Falls was like Blackpool- well, there are some arcades up the main street away from the Falls, but the Falls are obviously the pain attraction… It’s beautiful! Is that on your bucket list, Jean?
Minols- love your ‘little black dress’!
Jean- I’m on soup tonight, not veggie lasagne; I was encouraging Pseudo! Hope you can make do with hot drinks tonight and ignore those tummy rumbles… My eldest went shopping in his lunch hour, and was trying to get me to eat some of the flapjacks he’d bought- I worked out the calorie content, 220 calories for a fiddly square!!! No thank you!
Myizgreen- welcome! Tips- fill up on herbal teas etc. and water (I love sparkly water better) on FD’s. Use the calculator here on the home page to work out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and keep an eye on your calories on your non-FDs- if you indulge too much on those days you undo all the good you do!

Hope everyone got through their FD okay yesterday. I did, it was hard with work being quiet and not much to occupy me, but I managed 🙂 Normal day today. I’m so glad its Friday, its seemed a really long week for some reason.

Have a great day everyone 🙂 xx

I didn’t do well. That lasagne got me. Or rather I got it. Attempting a replacement FD today, until about midnight at least, though my brother is coming for a visit I can hopefully just get away with a coffee.

Oh, no Pseudo- and got to do it again today?

    Morning All….

A lovely bright day here…blue sky..

Weigh in for Steve 1lb on and I have stayed the same…we have not had a strong week thinking back….4 very full on meals, nearly 2 bottles of wine…a very small glass each tonight to finish the bottle.

Very much back to basics..a porridge breakfast with berries, I must admit it really hit the spot….I must shuffle meals around..winters coming, maybe some soups but Steve likes a lot of bread so I will think on that one…still 5 lbs of holiday weight to loose, Steve just 1 lb away…

    Hedgehog…
Niagara Falls has been discussed but nothing on list at the moment..I have done all mine at the moment…lol..I must say it looks beautiful..

Did you say you was making tomato soup the other day? If so recipe please…flapjacks is one of my favourites…

    DF..
Glad you got through your day hard when nothings doing at work…we are not having ‘a big day Friday’…we must really alter our thoughts…

    Pseu..
Shame you have to do a FD again today…it happens……keep strong..

    Have a good day..

    Jean x

Pseu, great thing about this plan is you can alter FD’s. I’ve often had to change them, when things happen. You’ll do it today 🙂 Stay strong!!

Jean, I was the same weight as when I sneakily weighed mid-week, so still happy 🙂 Lots of Friday treats at work though, even on a NFD I feel like I shouldn’t. So tempting though!

Hedgehogs, hope your having a good Friday 🙂

I’m SO glad its almost weekend, although I’m going to have to be mindful about food/wine choices I think 😛

    xx

Hi all – Machu Picchu quite busy early in the day, but there are only a limited number of permits for the site, so not too bad. We hiked over the mountain the day before and came to the site from above through the Sun Gate at the end of the day so the site below us was empty and our first experience was beautiful. Busier when we went back the next day for our official visit.

The official Inca Trail is also busy – I think 250 plus all their support teams are allowed on that (could have misunderstood that), but we were doing the remote Lares Pass – higher, using local people’s trails through tiny settlements and homesteads – and didn’t see a single ‘western’ face. It was FAB.

Also loved the Taj Mahal a few years ago (although the gateway into it stank of pee, I seem to recall). Discovered someone had been there ahead of me and carved my name on one of the pillars in the red guests building to one side of the mausoleum…SO glad not to discover it in the main attraction!

And likewise Niagara – brilliant! Not into the casino and stuff, but loved the wee local museum. May not still be there cos it was 25 years ago, but had the stories of all the nutters who have gone over in a barrel, or tight-roped across. I was there in winter when the spray was falling as ice! Awesome (as I learnt to say in America!)

    NFD today.

    Mx

    Lovely weather here too.

I don’t think the lasagne was too awful since it was mostly veg, but as it had cheese and pasta in it (though a relatively small amount – replaced most of the pasta sheets with courgette sheets) I think I’d better do today as well to be on the safe side. I’ll try to last until tomorrow morning, but since I’m usually up most of Friday nights it’s unlikely I’ll last that long so I’m aiming for midnight at least. I’m less hungry this morning than I was yesterday morning, so that’s good.

I’m tempted to join a walk with a new group tomorrow, it’s around an area I love (Carreg Cennen castle – it’s very impressive) but I do find it hard to get up the oomph to go out on the weekends, especially when I have some work to be doing. We’ll see, if the weather is like it is today I’ll be much more likely to go.

I don’t know if Hedgehog did too, but I mentioned tomato soup a few posts back. I don’t have a recipe per se, I’m more of a ‘chuck in all these ingredients’ kind of cook. I got a soup maker for Christmas last year, which I highly recommend, it means only washing one jug instead of multiple saucepans and a blender. I’d definitely say go for a big model though, I wish mine was a bit bigger.
Something else I used to do was use zero calorie rice or noodles blended into the soup to make it thicker and add bulk without adding calories. I’ve run out of packets now though.

    Afternoon All…

Out and about this morning picked up a load of vegetables to make soup and slaw type things to go with meat…we are having a thoughtful week and rethink on what we eat NO treats!!…2 “ of wine tonight to finish the bottle…

    Pseu…
Sorry it was you making the soup….would you use tin of tomatoes for the base for tomato soup with extras going in? Or from scratch with fresh tomatoes…

The walking group sounds good it depends if they are fast or medium walkers…we have health for walking group near us they walk for about a hour..every week….they meet at different places finishing with a coffee..it would be nice if you was on your own, we are always doing things…

    Good luck today keep strong..

    Minols…
It sounds very exciting…did you make a good bit of money..I think it was for charity….must take on board Niagara…. Lady of the Mist the boat springs to mind….

    DF…
I will have to move the FD’s this week as meeting up with daughter on Monday….three FD’s Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday…we are going for it….lol

    Jean x

I use tinned tomatoes, a carton of passata and a small tin of carrots for my base. Then add in tomato puree, oxo cube, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, basil, garlic. Salt and pepper. Then all my fresh veggies, so an onion, a courgette, celery and a bell pepper. Sometimes other things if they need using up. A chilli if I want it to have a bit of a kick. I’ve occasionally put in some yogurt too if I want it a bit creamy.

Sautee the veggies, throw the rest in, give it twenty minutes or so to cook, blitz it in a blender, heat it up again and there we go. 🙂 Even with my imprecise throwing things in it usually comes out pretty tasty. With the soup maker I put it all in and just let it carry on because it blends itself as it goes, comes out a lot smoother than with my blender.

    Pseu..
Thanks for that I have never made tomato soup ( Steve doesn’t like it )…I have just got a pan of veg soup on…I said shall I by tin of soup and he said he would rather have mine…lol…cheaper

Do you freeze the tomato soup?

I just sat down to look on internet you came back…lol

    Cuppa time..

How’s your day going…OK?..better than yesterday….enjoy your time with your brother..

    Jean x

It’s going pretty well thanks, I’m not hungry at all. It was a flying visit from my brother, so I wasn’t roped into going to the pub for dinner or anything, which was my main worry!

I think you can freeze the soup, I never have though, I usually eat it too fast! Plus I have an annoyingly tiny freezer.

Homemade soup – cheaper, healthier and no added evils like sugar. 😀 Not quicker or easier though.

Jean- I’ve never made tomato soup I’m afraid (Heinz if I have tomato!). I’ve got a diet recipe I keep meaning to try though:
160g cherry tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves in skins, 2 spring onions roughly chopped, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 250ml veg stock, t tbsp. torn basil leaves. Roast the toms, garlic and spring onion at 200/ gas 6 for 15-20 mins with oil drizzled over, turn halfway through cooking. When cool, remove garlic from it’s skins, tip all the veg into a blender with the hot stock and blitz. Serve straight away with basil on the top. Doesn’t say how many calories there are in it though! I might try it next week… I make spicy lentil and carrot soup, but I’m guessing that wouldn’t appeal to you?! And butternut squash soup- just roast chunks of peeled squash with red onion and rosemary for about 45 mins, then blitz with veg stock.
Pseudo- hope your day is still going okay? And have a good night out tonight! The walk sounds fun too if the weather’s good!
Jean- I’m with you about re-thinking; I’ve made a real effort to plan meals for my nonFDs this week and kept them pretty low, no treats, and have lost a couple of pounds. Stir fry tonight, and I’m fasting again tomorrow.
Minols- there’s a behind the falls trip and exhibition on the Canadian side (I would definitely recommend the Canadian side over the US side to anyone thinking of going), and I was fascinated reading all the stories of people going over in barrels! There was a lady who was one of the first to do it and survive! And one prat who did it once and decided to have another go- didn’t make it the second time… As you say, it’s awesome!

I’m not going out, I’m just naturally nocturnal. But ta anyway! 😀

Thanks for both recipes.. I shall have a go..

Days gone very well for us… no naughties and it’s Friday … 2” of wine to finish it.. sips only.. lol

Pork chop and jacket, beans for Steve, cheese for me.

    Have a good weekend all..

It’s been very quiet on here … everybody busy..

    Jean x

Evening all. Had a lovely day. Went to Padstow but was so busy we didn’t bother to crawl with the other cars looking to park so went to a place we’d not been to before called Rock. Weather was amazing. View was outstanding. Had a few ciders and lunch outside. Ahhhhhhh……. then lovely walk on quiet beach. Lay on beach for a while too.
Evening in. I’ll be making stuffed Peppers in a bit. OH just gone to supermarket for alcohol! !! We’ve had the 2 bottles of red that I brought and we don’t fancy the mulled that I brought. I thought it would be cold and that we’d fancy it but after the really sunny warm day we’ve had we’ll keep it a bit longer! !!

    Rowena…
What a lovely day you have had…the beach looked lovely…and getting to sit on it..😀..

Have a lovely evening enjoy the red wine…

    Jean x

    Morning everyone

I have been keeping up with emails, but busy decorating Bec’s bedroom, including re-edging the laminate and resealing the windows and when I’ve sat down I’ve been too tired to do anything. Just having a cuppa now before putting the new furniture, which has just arrived, together.

FD have been going well, too busy to eat, though on my last NFD I felt a bit odd and ended up having to have a pan au chocolate and some salty rice snacks and then felt a bit better. The scales have been kind this morning and I’ve lost 1.3lb this week, bringing my monthly total to 6lb which included a gain one week. Now at T-0.3 to my lowest weight in June. 12lb will bring me into a ‘healthy’ weight range, which seems achievable now.

I’ve missed too much to comment individually, but there are a couple of things I’d like to mention.

Kay, I hope things settle down for you and you have a great break with the family. I’d like to thank you for the support you’ve given me, not just with fasting, but also regarding my caring role. It has been genuinely appreciated and I sincerely hope you’ll be back and I’ll be able to reciprocate.

Jean, you’re our rock and you’re so right about it being harder without the support of the forum. Thank you for always being there. I miss Hemmy, Aud, Sarah and Angela who were so active when I first joined and hope they’re all doing well.

Minols, I love your posts and if your sermons are half as interesting then your congregation are truly blessed.

Rowena, the weather here yesterday was lovely, but I would have rather been on a Cornish beech. I hope this holiday is hitting the spot, it certainly sounds very relaxing.

I’m hoping to catch up with everyone again later when I take a break, but in the meantime the flat pack calls. Only about 5 hours until Bec surfaces to help me.

    Lynne x

    Morning all!
Lynne- hope the flat pack goes well! I’m not daft by any means, but my brain goes completely blank when I look at flat pack instructions! Hope your daughter is pleased with her room, and well done on the weight loss!
Rowena- sounds fab, hope you feel rested and recuperated!
Dave- hope that your week has gone well?
FD for me! We usually have pizza if having a Saturday night in, I really, really love pizza, so missing out is hard! Have tried making my own with a tortilla for a base and just a tiny bit of cheese, but last time it didn’t cook too well, so have just got myself a mini pizza to have tonight, with lots of salad. Anyone else having a FD?

    Morning All…

Out early having a glasses checkup for Steve…I can’t believe this one is all wrong..that’s why he can’t see through them..eyes watering and gritty looking…
So the main pair is being made up again and also his readers need changing….

They asked him to bring the two pairs from Specsaver’s to check..the one upside down lense in one pair and the other pair supposed to be the same was also a different prescription ??

What are things getting to when you can’t believe what you are paying for…

    Lynne…
You have been a busy bee I know how hard it is when you have to do up all yourself…good luck with the furniture it’s challenging for the men who don’t read instructions..lol…I have a better idea of doing that now…I know it’s not easy…hope Bec’s pleased with the finished result…

Well done on your weight loss…mixing a bit up for us see if it helps, we are very stationary at the moment.

Thankyou for your kind words but it’s a team on here helping everyone..in all ways…I think the forum is a great place for support…

Good luck today on the flat pack.. ..😀

    Hedgehog..
A good choice for tonight small pizza if you can get away with it…NFD for us..steak, jacket with fried onions…homemade soup for lunch…lol

I make pizza using pita bread, handy as if you freeze them you can make your own up as needed…we sometimes have them as lunch time snack…sorry I don’t know the calories…

We are fasting tomorrow, as out with daughter Monday..I hate changing…

    Rowena..
Hope you enjoyed your evening and wine 😀🍷🍷

Hope everyone has a good weekend…

    Jean x

Hi all. Had nice evening. Didn’t sleep well though. Not to worry, had lovely shower and enjoying options hot choc while sitting on the bed. Craig gone to Bodmin to a record shop. So just us girls here. The furry girl is asleep. We might go to Padstow later on for an evening walk and maybe something to eat. Weather is a bit rubbish, grey and miserable. That’s fine though as I am really into my book so ill do a few hours reading.
Hope all well. I’m really looking forward to taking back firm control from monday to lose weight and take control over my mental health via exercise and healthy eating.

What a lovely dinner…wine cracked and finished …4 lines of chocolate eaten ….really lovely to finsh the day…line drawn fasting has begun..

    Anyone with us Sunday?

    Jean x

Glad you enjoyed your dinner- my pizza was surprisingly good too! Not fasting tomorrow, but keeping low (hopefully!).

    Morning!
Jean- hope that your FD goes well, and that you & Steve stay strong together!
Rowena- have a safe journey back from Cornwall, and I love your ‘firm control’!
Lynee- how did the furniture assembling go?

    Morning All..

A lovely day here but I think cold…

Fasting for us today….Steve was feeling unwell and restless due to too much food last night…it happens every time now…we should learn our lesson…I slept well as I was the busy one….lol

I am cat sitting for a neighbour for 5 days….just doing food..she was in all night till lunch time the first day…I let her out now she was out all night and disappeared…although it’s normal for her ..my stress levels are up..she is eating so she is about somewhere…a shower for me and I will go looking for her…

    Rowena..
Safe journey home ….hoping you are feeling refreshed….

    Lynne…
Is Becs bedroom looking smart…did you manage the flat pack?

    Hedgehog..
Glad the pizza went well…enjoy your food today…

    Pseu..
What are you up to today?

    Minols..
Your busy day….hope you have eased back into work…..is the cycle out yet or is it a bit cold now up North…lol

    Dave..
Hope alls well at your end…busy weekend…onto your next stone goal…all’s good..

    DF…
Are you being thoughtful as you wanted….we slipped on the wine yesterday but it was worth it 😀 it just had to go with a lovely steak meal…but throwing three fasts in this week.

Hope everyone else are OK…….a few missing………how are the newbies?..keep popping by, don’t disappear take the support offered…

    Jean x

Morning, lovely of you to ask. 😀

I’m not up to much, having a relaxing day reading. I didn’t go for the walk yesterday, which I’m regretting, I should have pushed myself to go. I’m definitely forcing myself to go to my exercise classes this week, I’ve been slacking recently. I find I can focus on exercising, or I can focus on fasting, focusing on both is a challenge. I did attempt to go last week, I went to the kickboxing class on Monday… to find it wasn’t on. I tried to go to body combat Tuesday, but got home late due to there being a football match in the stadium and the M4 being mad because of it. Ah well, new start and new week tomorrow!
I drank a bit much last night, but I’m not feeling too guilty since I don’t usually drink. I also made another big veggie lasagna, I’ll have to be sure not to fall into the same trap I did last week by eating it tomorrow on my FD.

Has the neighbour’s cat turned up yet?

    Morning everyone

Most of the furniture now assembled, and the only injuries are a cut on my finger, scratch on my arm and toes a bit sore from all the things dropped on them. Bedside table, chest of drawers, storage cube and double wardrobe, minus the doors, are up and in use. Still have the doors to put on and a single wardrobe to put together, but I must have measured wrong as we will be a couple of cm short to fit it all in. I was trying to persuade her to change her bed, she has a double ottoman, so may need to push the point. Looks good though and at last I can begin to walk around my bedroom as the boxes of clothes get put away.

Called it a day at 6pm having only had one cup of coffee and nothing to eat and aching in places I didn’t know existed. Hannah was staying over so a good excuse for a Chinese takeaway. This morning stepped on the scales and down 0.3lb and now at the lightest weight since June. For here on in every weight loss will take me to a weight I haven’t seen for over a decade which is very motivating.

Rowena, you seem to be in a better place now and determined to get back to the healthy eating and exercise and I’m sure you’ll achieve it this week.

Jean, I’m sure you’ll be fine fasting today and enjoy your day out with your daughter tomorrow. Hope the cat has turned up, there were lots of fireworks here yesterday and our cats were not impressed.

Pseudo, enjoy your relaxing day and don’t worry about the exercise you missed last week, as you say new start and new week tomorrow. Sometimes stuff gets in the way.

Hedgehogs, glad you enjoyed the pizza and by cutting the size you can still enjoy a treat but limit the calories.

DF, hope you’ve had a great weekend.

Dave, congratulations on the weight loss. The rate will slow a bit as time goes on, but it just means you get accustomed to a new way of eating which helps you maintain your losses.

Off now to clean parts of the house I haven’t been able to get to and to finish the flat packs.

Good luck with your fast today Jean.

    Lynne x

    Hi All…

Pleased to say puss has arrived back…tummy calling….she only had biscuits last night, although she ate some she doesn’t like them….I left the door open while I washed her dishes she came in meowing…she is in now in until her next feed tonight…then she can decide..

Lazy day planned …. I haven’t a clue what to do yet….more photos still to sort on computer? ….I am also proof reading a book which should be done maybe not today?…..Pseu a start to read a new book sounds about right I may join you…

    Lynne..
That’s an awful lot of flat pack to do..hope you can shuffle the last cm in to fit……you are a star..🌟…finish today then surely it must be a relax time..

Tummies rumbling a bit early today…is it my water? gurgling through….lol

    Jean x

We are both doing OK….Steve reading….I have been busy doing the photos, all done maybe a few internal folders but ok for now…

Started my proof reading, being on the computer really makes the day pass…two hours to eat…😀

Hi all. Home safe. Craig had booked a favourite pub for lunch today. Was lovely. Journey home not too bad. All set for tomorrow. Alarm set for 05.40 eek (don’t think about it!!!) Gym stuff by bed and bag packed with towels and work clothes etc. Hoping not forgotten anything. Healthy lunch made and packed too. I’m not going to go on weight for progress. I’m going to go on clothes fitting better, waist inches and mental health. Eating cr@p and no exercise won’t have helped my recent issues with anxiety and depression. Hopine to have completely finished that bl@@dy qualification by thus time next week too. That will be a weight off my mind. Enjoy the rest of the evening all of you xx

Hope all your planning and packing for tomorrow pays off- have a good Monday, Rowena!
Lynne- well done on your weight loss!

    Rowena..

Glad you home safe and sound…you have put a lot into your holiday, you have done loads..all set for the morning…a good relaxing break..

    Xx
