  • Has anyone used the app for HIIT with their rowing machine? I’m currently selecting the Cycling option and doing:
    2 mins warm up then 6 reps of…

    30s flat-out (which for me is about 1:45/500m)
    2 mins @2:45/500m (cruising speed)

    Finally 2 mins warm-down

    This gets me up to 80% max heart Rate by rep 3. It would be nice if the app had a rowing option that could interface to a heart monitor. That way the reps could be controlled by heart Rate as opposed to time. How about it @DrMichaelMosley? 🙂
