I do get really hungry in the evening on my two fast days. My strategy is: I go to bed early with a book. I drink lots of water and hot herbal tea. I remember that much of the world goes to bed feeling this way every day of their lives and have little hope that it will be any different. I know that I am burning fat when I feel that kind of hunger and that is a good thing!!!! TOMORROW I can eat so what is one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very good point! How is your weight loss so far?

That’s exactly how I’ve got through my first days fasting, there I was, whinging, and it suddenly struck me just how miserable an awful lot of people and children’s lives must be. 🙁
I need a little help on tracking bodyfat. How do you track it?
