Hi, I’ve been struggling with running related injuries over the last year or so. I’ve read that intermittent fasting is beneficial in terms of inflammation, but does that cover inflammation relating to injuries (such as ITBS), or just as it pertains to the digestive system? If there have been any studies related to this, please let me know. Or, better yet, if anybody reading this has a relevant personal experience they could share, please do! Thanks a lot, Phil
