Do I eat my TDEE calorie goal on non fast days?

    Do I eat my TDEE on non fast days? I’m confused as to how many calories I should be eating on non fast days?

    Yes, if you are doing 5:2 to lose weight then you do eat approx your TDEE on NFD. Whether you actually count calories on NFD is up to you. I did for a while to make sure I knew the type and quantity of food required to not exceed my TDEE. Once I had a good idea of that I stopped counting calories.

    Think my TDEE is something like 1658, its nice to eat a few extra calories. Haven’t yet started the actual fast days yet, I weighed in today and took measurements and I aim to do my fast days next Tuesday and Thursday, they for me are the better days to do them.
