Hello, I’ve been on the 5:2 diet for just over 3 weeks. I was doing well, had lost 1.5kg and was beginning to feel the benefits.(i’m a 5ft 9″ 86kg male)
I was having no problems with the actual fasting days and was well hydrated.
But by the third week, on the days after fasting, i was feeling absolutely famished, like I did when my thyroid was hyperactive, and having dizzy spells when I moved quickly, like getting out of bed or just a sudden head movement.
Does anyone have any similar experiences or advice ?
