Hi ,

I have a spyralyzer gadget – a crank food lathe – got it for xmas. Makes spaghetti/ noodles from any veg. The courgette is really good and one big courgette stir fried with 1 cal spray is only 65 calories. Allowing you to have a big plateful of food. So your bolognaise or chow mean can happen on fasting days.
