Coughing up pleghm

Did my first fasting (4 days water fasting) and I am experiencing a lot of coughing up with phleghm, specially during the night.

Any body with some experience about it??

Hello Napking. You are not alone on this one. On my Fast days, I am constantly clearing my throat because of sinus drainage. I wish I had an answer to why this happens on the days I am fasting.
