Just wondering if I can use my Vibra plate to do HIT I don’t have any exercise equipment except this. If Yes what do I need to do. Hope someone can help

The short answer is no. But you don’t need equipment to do HIIT. You can walk and run, climb and descend stairs or do burpee’s
thanks..I ran up the stairs 3 x really quickly with a rest after each run up
Try to make each “run” about 20 seconds. Each rest about 90 seconds. Work up to 7 cycles
