    Help! Very keen to lose 10 kgs. Social life as an ex-pat is very hectic and finding it really difficult to lose weight. I think it would be easier with a buddy who is like-minded and in the same situation. Anyone interested?!

    Thanks being helping me on this, its always good to have a buddy.

    I am down to 68.5 since I began,so its taking me some time.
