Hi GG:

Hi all,
I hope you are all having a good day. Well done CG at reaching 72kg. I don’t know that I will ever get that low. At the moment I’d settle for under 100kg and that’s a way off yet but achievable.
Thanks Fit for the review of ‘Room’ as I plan to see it tomorrow. I don’t work on a Friday and the cinema is a nice 1.5km walk up the road at Leichhardt. I used to see the choc top as a cinema going ‘must’ until I found out how many calories they were π―. Basically a whole meals worth! I take in a bottle of water now. The work Christmas lunch was OK as I ended up with grilled salmon however salmon is not low in calories and with the entree and bread and dips I probs am over for the day so am doing a NutriBullet dinner and making tomorrow my second FD. I start my day later on my day off so the day will seem shorter I think.
I got some blood test results back today and although I’ve lost 15kg and am eating very healthily and exercising like a madwoman my colesterol and LDL levels have both gone up!!! How can that be? The only foods on the high colesterol list I eat are shellfish and eggs. I don’t eat dairy, fried food, red meat, offal and only minimal butter and oil. It’s a bit disappointing. Now I need to work on this as well.
i find restavit good when I have trouble sleeping. I also find listening to talkback radio lulls me off. If I have noise it stops my brain thinking away in the dark.
Ax
Aww thanks for the encouragement CG – I am at 123.7kg so to get to 72 will be a stretch. I know anything is possible. At the moment it seems like Mt Everest. I like to think of weight loss in chunks. Its taken me about 3 months to lose 15kg so perhaps in another 3 months i will lose 15kg more and be at 108 then another 3 months and i could be at 93. Hopefully when i go off the steroids i will get better numbers. I work very hard at the moment for every tiny loss. I can stay on track with food and exercise for a week and not lose a thing, however i feel better in myself and know the steroids are behind the lack of movement and every few weeks the doc lowers the dose and that can only be a good thing.I just hope and pray that when i finally go off the steroids my ABPA symptoms stay at bay. If they dont i have to remain on steroids for goodness knows how long. However the drugs are better than the symptoms of the disease and i am thankful that after 18 months of absolute hell, 7 doctors and 2 specialists I finally got a diagnosis and can enjoy life again. Losing weight slowly is a small thing.
Hi All,
I had a really good sleep last night, up once to go to the loo but otherwise slept soundly. So I’m feeling good about tackling a fd today after very good semi fast yesterday. I’m determined to see some loss on Friday, I’ve decided this zigzag is not getting the better of meππͺ
SJ, love the idea of the better offer……and you’re so right to grab it with both hands. Very sweet of your OH to offer and you don’t want to discourage him from doing so again in the future. Enjoy it all, you deserve it.
Dawg, I had to laugh when I read about your ‘downstream loo’…. I thought it was some kind of Aussie plumbing!ππ I know the reality is not funny for you so I hope you get the problem sorted as easily as possible.
GG, sorry to hear you’re having sleep problems too, with your changing work schedule, it’s probably a hazard of the job. Do let me know if it happens again and I’ll do my best to keep you company xxxx
AA, I am in awe of your spirit and determination in setting out on this path to better health. I’m also reluctantly taking statins for cholesterol. I went off them for four months while following 5:2 but my results were not good so I had to go back on them again. All my brothers and sisters have high cholesterol and none of us are seriously overweight, so I think it’s just genetic and you have to go with the lesser of two evils. My oldest sister, who is now 72, had a minor stroke in 2010 and has developed vascular dementia as a result, so I’m taking my statins to keep myself as safe as possible from the risk of stroke. Keep plugging away and set yourself small, achievable goals. Remember ‘a journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step’……..we’re all here walking alongside you πͺπππππ
Jade, well done on the ‘forced march’, I’m sure you burned off loads of cals!
CG, delighted to hear you had a lovely day out and that you’re planning more fun for the future. Yes, page 222……we’re flying along and the support, encouragement and fun here are just magic. I know I keep saying it, but I would have given up long ago if it wasn’t for this thread and the beautiful people on it. πππ (upside down smile for the Southern Hemisphere gang)!
Have a great day/evening/night and best of luck with the weigh ins! Xxxxx
Well said CG & FIT. AA you have so much to be proud of. Its hard losing weight at the best of times but struggling with an illness or physical incapacity makes it even harder. We are all in this together and we all understand how hard it is to resist but sometimes you surprise yourself when you choose not to indulge. I am hoping I will lose a bit more than last week but again it has been said that this is for life so what’s the hurry. As long as we don’t put on that should be just as satisfying. I am starting to donate blood and plasma again from next Monday so I won’t be fasting that day but will either do Sunday or Tuesday depending what’s happening around me. I have been ill with one thing or another for more than 12 months so have not been able to donate so this is a wonderful stride in my recovery. I have been donating since I was 17 so it’s part of my life and I felt bad for not being able to. Big smile on my face now. πππ
Hope everyone has a good day/evening. Barb xxx
Had the hot milk and honey 30 min ago. Still not ready to go off into Z land.
SIMCOELUV- THANK YOU FOR YOUR POST….. GOOD ADVICE. Though I also need to turn off the lymbrick system in my brain… way too much activity happening up there. At this time I have alot going on.
Wishing you other insomniacs a good sleep tonight!πππ
FIT- thank you gor being there if I need a pal in the wee small hours π΄πͺπ
AA-you can do this….. we will be with you all the support and encouragement you need. Be patient, take each day as it comes.plan your meals for your FD. Be persistent in whatever your regime is…prepare for each day This WOE and WOL will chang you.Its a great journey. AUSSIE DETERMINATION AND 5:2 are your GUIDES……Go GAL xxxxxxβ€ππππ
I started donating when I was at uni and did so regularly for years and years but because I lived in the uk in 1986 I apparently qualify as a mad cow. I gave for years after that but sometime in the late 90s they brought in this qualification and I am now excluded as a blood donor. Good on you ladies who can still give! ππ
GG, loving your positivity! Hope you find a way to switch off the brain….that was a huge issue for me when I was working. I just couldn’t stop all the various aspects of my job and the issues I had to deal with going around and around in my head. I never tried any of the sleep or relaxation apps but they sound interesting. I have a friend who swears by listening to podcasts as she drifts off…..she’s thrilled with the difference it has made to her getting off to sleep.
It’s really cold here today so I’m on my second hot cuppa in an effort to stave off the cold and ‘hangry’ mood I got into last week.
Take care, dear pal and be kind to yourself xxxx
My lunch ran on a lot longer than expected so I’ve decided not to go to the cinema after all as my poor doggie would be on her own for too long and it wouldn’t be fair on her. Strong winds and lashing rain again today……brrrr!π¨
Just had vegetable soup for lunch and I have a large salad prepared for later this evening. Feeling strong and determined….. I definitely have absorbed some of that ‘bloody mindedness’ that CG thrives on! So I’m hoping for another loss tomorrow, that will make it the third successive loss in a row…..something that hasn’t happened for a very long time. Here’s hoping!
Mornin’ CG! You’re up with the lark! Enjoy the pool today without the torture! Yes, I’m still feeling strong. It’s coming up to 8pm and I’ve just finished my big salad which was yummy and filling. I added some smoked salmon to all the leaves, tomatoes and cucumber. My whole day adds up to 445 so I have a little left if I need it later. I’m telling myself I’m going to feel so proud and chuffed with myself in the morning when I see the results. My sister is a huge tennis fan and told me about federer’s loss, bummer! Must try and see the rest of the matches. Have a lovely day and a great weekend xxxx
Morning all. It looks like I am the first off the blocks today. I turned my scales on like they were poison but needn’t have worried…….I am REALLY PLEASED to announce I have lost another 1.4kg (3.1lb) I am so excited. Thanks to all of you, you are a wonderful bunch, full of encouragement and I feel like I have lost for the team. Well done us!!! Barb πππxxx
Whoopee! Hopped on the scales and another 0.4 dropped off. Thats 0.9 after my fast. I know some of it is due to the other good work i have been doing but the fast has definitely altered my metabolism a bit over the last two days. Maybe my digestive system was getting a bit sluggish with the same calories each day? Anyway its good to start a FD with optimism. It only makes me more determined. My fast menu for today is a bit different. A nutribullet for brekkie with half an orange, 50g each of carrot and celery, 100g watermelon and some chia seeds. For lunch i have a boiled egg. I am taking a 59calorie snack to the movies and will have my grilled fish with veg tonight. I was going to boil 2 eggs but my cholesterol reading made me think better of it. I am interested to see if the nutribullet holds me till lunchtime. Chia seeds are supposed to swell and make you feel full as well as be a superfood so lets see how that goes. Its a hotish but pleasant day here in Sydney so the 1.5km walk to the movies will be great.
Have a good day all.
Well done Barb and stay strong all fasters both semi and otherwise
Anne
Greetings all from very soggy, wet North East Tasmania. We’ve had 100 ml in about 48 hours and more heavy rain and storms predicted. We will have to wait until it’s all passed before we can sort out the water seepage problems. It will probably mean an insurance claim.
Well done to CG, Barb and others who thave lost weight. I’m down to 70, not fantastic BUT my measurements are down by as much as 4 centimetres in the bulgy belly department. Yippee. My FD yesterday went off better with CG ‘s suggestion of not eating breakfast. I lasted out till lunchtime and then wasn’t so hungry mid afternoon.
Yes it’s a pity Federer lost but Djokovic is playing great tennis at the moment. It would have been very hard for him as %99 of the crowd were barracking for Roger.
SJ I’m planning to cook your Aubergine recipe for dinner tonight.
I’m a tad envious of those of you who have access to fitness centres etc. That’s part of the pros and cons of living where we do. Mind you, I usually find that being able to get out for a good walk is exercise enough. I’m not able to do all the Pilates, gymnastics that I used to do in my youth. I’m not whinging though as I’m fit and whealthy despite the pesky osteoarthritis.
My advice to those with insomnia problems. Other than the relax apps I suggested I have a iPod next to my pillow. I’ve used it for years. I set the timer and listen to an audiobook. It stops one’s mind jumping from one topic to another. Anyhow it works for me. I never leave home without it.

Hi all. Son sent a text last night “am hanging at the hospital with two happy healthy girls “. Man of few words. No detail but great to know that I now have a healthy granddaughter…πππ
Have left a message for his to call with details. Can’t wait to talk to him and congratulate him on becoming a dad.
Ok so now back to earth. I did. It post last night as I am trying to get my sleep organised. Once before when I was not sleeping I found that not using my iPad after dinner and just relaxing watching TV , having a hot chocolate milk drink prior to going to bed and making sure I stayed up till 10pm worked. And it did. Had a great nights sleep last night so will need to start doing that again. Might have to get Netflix though as once the tennis is over not much to watch on TV most nights..all the reality shows will be starting again.
The other side of the story is not to have nana naps and to make sure I get up at a reasonable hour each day. So alarm went off at 6.30 in time for me to get up and get organised for the pool. So done my hour exercise and just having a rest. Have to get into the sewing again and get some more things sewn for the baby now that I know for sure it is a girl. π€πππ€ππ
Too many posts to answer individually so hope everyone gets a nice result for weigh in today!!
Talking of that I actually put on another .2 of a kg this week. It did not surprise me as very constipulated…must be at least an extra .5 of a kg in there when it should have been flushed away so all good. Forgot to do my green drinks on non fast days this week and we ran out of Metamucil.
Phone ringing….might get some details. Bye
Oh, Dawg…it never rains but it pours, literally! Hope there’s not too much damage done. What crazy weather we’re all having. There are doors rattling all over my house tonight because of the strong winds….it’s not usually this bad, must be the particular direction as well as the strength. Brilliant news on the 4cm loss, that’s fantastic! ππππΎ
PH, congratulations to you and your son and partner on the new arrival! What wonderful news….you must all be so thrilled. Have they picked a name yet? I’m sure you can’t wait to Skype them and see the little lady for yourself. It’s marvellous when all goes well for mum and baby. You will be very busy at the sewing machine, I’m sure ππΎππΌπΆ
Hi All onto another FD for me after yesterday’s change in plan. Had a lovely day & a really nice Chinese dinner….too nice in fact so the scales tell me, though maybe that was the 2 wines that I gave in to as well. But I’m not going to regret a lovely day!! So FD today & if I don’t make it to the 69’s today will fast again tomorrow. I’m bl%%## determined to get back there this week one way or another π
PH a big congrats on your little GD – now you can sew to your heart’s content! Gorgeous little frilly numbers etc etc.
Dawg congrats on your 4cm loss. I’m the same today but not in the waist department….that still keeps not changing. 1cm off bust, 1 of hips & 2 off thighs. Happy with that. Hope you can get your water damage sorted pretty soon. 100mls WOW!!
AA & Barb congrats on your losses. WELL DONE!!! And maybe there’ll be more reports today too?
Have to run now as having 3 ladies from my Care Team over for lunch to say thank you & talk about this year – how we can help people better. Have a salad planned that will fit my day & will avoid the other nibbles & dessert I’ve planned for them. Coffee for brekky & probably a HB egg for dinner. Fingers crossed anyway & every ounce of aussie determination called upon!!!
Have a fantastic day all fasting or not and celebrate whatever losses you’ve alrady made on your journey or cm’s lost & other health gains that we can’t even begin to see. suejen XXXX
Hi again. I’ve just been reading Simcoluvs posts. They are all very interesting and informative. May I suggest you read a few especially the “how many hours to put between meals” one. It would appear that it’s still the basics that are important. Sticking to our 500 calories on fast days and to our TDEE on the NFDs. I’m feeling quite motivated again after losing some centimetres round the dreaded girth. I’m going to be extra vigilant on my NFD s as I’m usually pretty slack and often just do a guesstimate on my calorie intake instead of being more precise. That said I’ll no doubt blow it on the Aubergine meal tonight.
Please tell me to those of you who are fashion conscious. I’m going to a very upmarket luncheon next month while OS. I have a very elegant tunic top with necklace, earrings to match. But I hate skirts and dresses. Is it acceptable to wear elegant slacks or tights? I also have bunions ( don’t I sound a barrel of laughs ?) so can’t wear glam high heels. Aren’t blokes lucky sometimes. A nice suit, shirt and tie and they are all set. Mind you I still enjoy being a woman.
π πππππππππ
PH congrats on the birth of your new GD. How wonderful, for you. I have 3 GDs and they are a delight…having said that I also have 3 GSs and they are just as wonderful ππ
Doggie I would wear slacks if it were me. Sometimes tights do the job but they aren’t as “dressy” as slacks.
I put a pair of jeans on today and didn’t have to lay down on the bed to do them up hahahaha πππ
Hope everyone is having a good day/evening. Barb xxx
Wheee PH, a new granddaughter β how wonderful! Big hugs to you and your family, so happy for you!
Annie, yes anything is possible β and you are making such great progress, congrats on another successful fast and loss at the scale. We are here for the long term and will cheer you on to wherever you want to be. That goes for all you Aussies by the way, I am always cheering you all β such a fine determined group, so happy to be getting to know you all better.
Barb and Doggy, congrats on your losses also. Dawg, I still hope to make that aubergine dish too, but OH keeps asking for other things. I must cook them soon or they will be little purple hockey pucks. And yes, wear those tights or slacks, they are all the rage over here under a tunic β you will look very stylish indeed. And anything from flats to boots is an acceptable alternative to high heels.
Ah no, CG, a pulled groin muscle? Ouch. Maybe your trainer has been going on a bit too much β donβt push yourself too hard! Hope the rain was a nice backdrop for your nap.
LOL SJ that did sound like a better offer π and your OH sounds like a love β hope your day was wonderful. Like BBQ, Chinese food always makes the scale testy β it is just water. But regardless, a fun day like that is to be savored in every way possible.
And go Fit, I bet you kicked your FD after getting a good nightβs sleep finally. Ha, a a group of mad cows. This mad cow needs to join the sleep effort soon.
I canβt believe these words are actually coming out of my mouth, BUT I was so busy today I did not have time to eat more than one HB egg until I got home at 8 p.m. Then was so tired I decided to eat a FD dinner and call it a day. OMG who am I. But Iβm with all of you in that Iβm tired of this ^&*(&^ plateau so why not. Now before my brain wakes up Iβll hit the hay β sorry to anyone I missed, Iβll catch you on the flip side. xx
Hi all. Wow!! So many Spactacular lossesπππππππ WELL DONE…..
Annie and Barb. You are both absolutely smashing this. You must feel so proud of yourselves.
. I started my weight loss journey at 126 Kg a few years ago. I lost 15 k then started 5.2 and it is the best thing that ever happened to me. You and Barb will be amazed at what you can do with the support of these wonderful”mad cows”….Barb ..getting into, jeans without lying down on the bed.a.wow. Annie…take my hat off to you with your medication issues. You are doing so wonderfully well. your determination is there for all to see. Fantabulistic!!!ππππππππππππ
Doggie. What a bummer with the seepage. The weather is going crazy…we do not seem to get regular rain anymore it is always either none or too much. Good news about the loss around the girth. As for the fashion advice. A nice pair of slacks are certainly acceptable and especially if you need to wear flat shoes. Maggie T always wore slacks and if she can then we all can. πππ
CG pulled muscle in the groin…painful. Do take care of it and rest it as they are sometimes hard to get rid of. How on earth did you do that in the pool? Was it some particular exercise do you think?
So pleased you had a great day out and that you are planning more. You deserve every bit of fun you can get. π€π€
Jade..love the comment “before my brain wakes up” know just what you mean after a really busy day at work that is just how you feel. Well done to take advantage of it and just have a FD dinner and off to bed. Soooo gooooood..π΄π΄π΄
SJ. Great loss of inches/cm. you are going great guns at the moment and of course you must take up every offer from OH, he does sound like a treasure.
Fit..yes just found out the name. It is to be Ruth..lovely old fashioned name. A family name I believe. Other gran just phoned me for a long chat after her first visit to see the little darling…such a great family my son has been blessed to join. Sounds like you are having some bad weather…just the ticket for a good fire and snuggle up under a rug. I am lying on top of my bed with fan going full blast to keep cool. πͺπ©ββππ
GG. Thanks for the message. Feeling very blessed at the moment..πππ
Must go now. Daughter just arrived to celebrate new family member..hugs to all ππππππ
Ruth is a beautiful name I know 3 Ruth’s. 2 doctors and a sewing friend. Lovely girls π
I hope it’s not long before you get to have a hold. It’s great when the inlaws like your children. I have been 1/2 lucky with mine.
I think CG gets into this aerobics stuff in the water. She is probably secretly doing that Zumba stuff I talked about last week!!! Be careful my dear π₯π₯π₯
Lovely to hear about all the losses and excitement of one thing or another.
Pouring rain here, thunder and oh wait, now it’s sunny!!! Can’t predict the weather that’s for sure.
Haveagoodweekend Barb xxx
HI All pleased to announce that our lunch is over & I’ve stuck to my aussie determination & avoided the nibbles (apart from vegie sticks) the wine and the ham/egg pies & the cheesecake dessert!! I explained to everyone that I stuffed the days up! (well sort of..invites you know) so was fasting today. They were fine with it – isn’t it funny how we worry so much about what other people will think of us not taking any foods! Then I just had water & the chicken mango salad. I will have 2 HB eggs for dinner with some mayo to dress it up a little and my Jarrah hot choc & that will see me to 453 cals. Honestly NEVER thought that I could do such a thing. The team was all very appreciative of the lunch as they all have kids & so it was a bit of a treat for them to get out, leave the kids home and enjoy a meal & a glass of wine!
All I have to do now is stick to what I’ve put into MFP & I’ll make it. Also need to go fora walk now before I run out of energy.
PH love the name Ruth – those good old-fashioned names are coming back in now.
CG glad to hear your fast is going well too. Not so glad to hear about the pulled groin muscle…they can be nasty. Better back off a bit with your energy girl!!
Jade get those eggplants moving before they DO become hockey pucks. Trust me it’s delicious! Same for Dawg too. Oh and Doggie go with the tailored slacks – they look wonderful with a tunic. Either wear flat pumps which are all the rage or boots & then you’ll get away with not wearing heels. Go for a dressy pair…some of the little pumps are adorable & very dressy. Very in now too.
That’s it from me. Out the door for my walk. Partly overcast but very warm here today so nice for a walk by the river – that’s my favourite spot. suejen XXXX
PS If anyone had told me 12 months ago that I could sit at a table with lovely food & just ignore/avoid it I would have said You’ve GOT to be joking….NOT ME!! Amazing what 5:2 does for us eh? Now I’ll be the first to admit that it doesn’t happen to me often but obviously I can do it π
Hi CG my ortho has said swimming (pool work) or an upright bike are the only things you need to keep fit without stressing bad knees/hips/feet. He actually told me not to walk. I bought an upright bike and agree, my knees just don’t hurt when I use the bike for exercise. All I have to do is get on more often πππ Barb xxx
Hi all
Congrats on the grandie PH. I love the name Ruth. She was a wonderful woman of faith and very loyal and loving in the Bible. Her book is one of my favourites.
SJ well done for not caving to temptation. Its not easy and depends upon your mindset. Our relationship with food i have decided is more of a mind game than it is anything else.
Well done CG to get up and swim. I used to do an aqua class 4 mornings a week at 6am and know its hard to get up but how good do you feel when you are driving home. I cant do it at the moment as i cannot afford to get any infection in my lungs while on predisone.I had to give up the class a year ago when i got too sick to do it.
I went and saw Room which was a well made film but very sad. Tomorrow i might see the Belier family to balance out the sadness. On the back of feeling good about myself i went and booked myself a ticket to see Dawn French on Tuesday night. As i am by myself i dont tend to go out to the theatre much but i thought bugger it…i like Dawn and will just go by myself..so i hopped online and booked.
So far FD is going well. The nutribullet held me till lunchtime and then i sat in the movies and ate my egg for lunch. I had a long walk this arvo and am at over 11000 steps and dinner was yum. I am right into the steamed fish. Its such a nice way to cook in a bamboo steamer. The chinese certainly have it all worked out. I dont feel hungry and still have some calories left for either some watermelon or a sugarless bikkie later on with my tea. I am yet to decide which.
All power to us determined ‘Aussies’ whether in Oz or not.

Barb i have only been around a few days so dont have a list and am still trying to understand the shorthand people use although i think i am getting the hang of it.
Here’s a bit about me and where i live.
I live in Annandale which is a suburb of Sydney close to the city and not far from Sydney University. I love living here. Its an old suburb and my house was built in 1890. Its a semi which is 5m wide and on a long block and i have a garden although i dont enjoy gardening…i like to sit out there is all and i cut back what needs to be cut back and attack the little lawn with the whipper snipper as its too small to bother with a lawn mower.
There are lots of lovely walks around here and at the end of the street is Sydney harbour and a nice view of the bridge. There is a park that has a walk around the water to the fish market at Pyrmont and i do that walk most days. I work 4 days a week as an accountant. I live alone. I had 2 gorgeous golden retrievers and an old tabby cat and lost all 3 within 18 months. At the moment my work prevents me from getting another golden but i pat every one i see. I miss them all to pieces. Anyway the last 18 months have been a struggle with my allergies and lung issues so not having a pet has been helpful.
It would be good to know where everyone lives.
Anne
Well AA, you do live in a beautiful part of Sydney. I worked at Sydney University from 1993-2000. Spent a lot of my spare time exploring around that area. Sad about your puppies and cat, I have a little Bichon who runs this house very well ππ

Hi All! Loving all the posts, gals, keep ’em coming!
Dawg, I agree with going with the slacks and fancy pumps, very fashionable and comfy. Also, it’s a luncheon so you will be sitting down most of the time so your lovely tunic and jewellery will be on view the most, not your bottom half! You will look lovely and feel confident and that’s the key. Don’t know how you feel about make-up but maybe treat yourself to a professional job from a salon….it can make you feel a million dollars ππβππ
SJ, brilliant job on how you managed the lunch you served up to your friend….fantastic! Best of luck with the weigh in, you’re doing great so you deserve to see good results xx Enjoy your walk ππ
CG, glad to hear you’re getting some rain but hope it knows when to stop! You really do push yourself to the limits, don’t you? Hope the groin injury settles down quickly….definitely think a nana nap or two is called for.
Barb, that brings me back to my youth when I used to almost suffocate myself to get into the tightest jeans possible…..lying on the bed and using a lace threaded through the tab on the zip to pull it up! Worse than a Victorian corset! Anyway, well done you…..more evidence that this wol is working for you ππ
Jade, great job on your unexpected fd. Hope you slept well, you’re so busy and life is so full on for you that you reall need your sleep π΄
PH, love the name Ruth….as others have said, it brings to mind loyalty, trust, gentleness and strength. Hope you get to hug her soonπΆβ€οΈππ
AA, glad you enjoyed the film Room. I felt at the end that there was a feeling of hope for the future and of having triumphed over evil. Amazing acting and directing. It’s a brilliant idea to go to see Dawn French, you will have a great time and laughter is so good for the soul!
Had another restful night despite the strong winds….it’s a little calmer for now but another Atlantic storm on the way with orange and yellow weather warnings in place for the weekend and frost as well….WTF??!!
So my loss this week is only .2, but it’s still a loss. Thought I’d been quite careful about cals this week so expected better but I know other changes are happening and it can take time for that to register on the scales. My determination has just kicked up another notch…..so watch this space!
Have a wonderful weekend, meet friends, have some quality ‘me’ time and hug your nearest and dearest πππ
