    Tablespoon fish sauce
    limes
    chillis chopped
    sugar tablespoon
    garlic
    coriander fresh lovely and goes nice with sole.

    I used to do a lovely sauce which I have pared down for fast days as it did contain honey.
    Sherry
    lime juice
    garlic
    shallots
    fresh chilli
    coriander
    fresh ginger
    I still put a little honey but not too much
    soy sauce and splash of white vinegar
