  • Hi, first time poster here. I am planning to start the diet Monday. I have been reading a lot about it and I’m excited to try.
    I quit smoking 3 months ago (yay for me!) and been excersizing 4 days a week. I managed to not gain any weight.
    But, I do have quite a bit to lose (about 15k to start with) I was wondering if anyone can tell me their experience with the diet after quitting smoking. Did you lose weight? If so, slower than others?
