  • Day 29 Brisbane Australia NFD
Have been thinking about all our b2bs & hoping it is going well for you all. If some of you don’t make it – I say good on ya for giving it a go! And I hope you don’t get upset for not making it.
I am interested to weigh in tomorrow & see how I went for November!

Day 29 NJ USA NFD. TOUGH WEEK!!! Not sure how everything got so out of hand in one week but I managed to go on a holiday eating and sugar ingesting feast – shame on me. Getting back on the wagon today I know I blew a very good month that I had going but we all learn. On to December a whole lot smarter hopefully.

    Day 28 fd 29 nfd

Busy with a friend staying just trying to maintain!

Day 29 Surrey UK 2nd of the b2b fast days. This has been very interesting so far. Woke up feeling no hunger at all, and so far so good. I did have a bowl of soup last night, so not a totally liquid fast.
That little list in my pocket has been enormously valuable! Who would believe such a thing? Also the encouragement from those who are not on the list but on the forum, it really and truly makes one want to keep going!
I have taken the dogs for a long walk in the forest, they are now both fast asleep and I am feeling energized….wow, is all I can say. Had tea and one coffee so far today, and when I came home, had about 50 grams of smoked salmon and as I was having it, I felt you all behind me saying stop there now! Don’t spoil it! and I did…thank you all. It is already 2.10 so that is good. I will absolutely last the rest of the day, because guess what? I can have something tomorrow! Go well, everyone!

Day 29 / Tweed Coast Australia / NFD

Just finished writing my last assignment for my course. I still have to proof read a couple of them, however, I feel free of the stress that was preventing me from fasting. Looking forward to fasting again next week.

NYC, Day 29, NFD. 121.5. Slightly over goal for the month, but today is NOT the final day!

Good FD yesterday. Dinner was mostly vegetables. Braised cabbage, cucumbers in rice wine vinegar, and spaghetti squash with ginger and some leftover salmon. I have the cabbage and cucumbers in the office refrigerator for lunch. Dinner will be bunless hamburger, asparagus and broccoli. With a very cold Manhattan cocktail.

My Konmari challenge is going exceedingly well. With proper folding, my pants drawer is now half empty so I moved in some yarn! It seems so elemental now. Open a drawer…see everything at once. Fold properly out of the dryer and return.

    Day 29|NFD, for now| Toronto| 84.1 kg
Today may turn into a B2B FD but I have challenges including an evening social event.
My weight has plateaued at 84.1 due to weekend NFDs that I need to manage better. A post holiday,Jan 4 target, is the 84.1 kg level after celebrations and working to remain on 5:2. My ultimate goal is less than 80 kg with 76 kg an ideal; I started following 5:2 in August at 88.2 kg. Body fat reduction to less than 20 % remains my more important but harder goal.

Hi all UK day 29 FD

Going well on my b2b fasts – as tonight I don’t return home until after 9pm (family fend for themselves) I should make today a liquid only day – 2 cups of coffee (30 cals) and bone broth (est 144 cals) total 174. I am going to try and continue my fast day tomorrow as well which will be a first (3 in a row) but after reading another part of the complete guide I’m not afraid to give it a go but possibly not a liquid one. I’ll weigh in on Thursday 1st as my end weight and starting weight. The scales have not been playing ball this month at all – showing an increase when I thought I deserved a decrease lol. Strange – And ….exhale and I know others find the same – I can jump a few lbs overnight but when it comes to loosing those same lbs they go down ever so slowly! I am hoping for a loss or the same – hate the thought of finishing up heavier than I began – maybe that is my OCD? I’ll have to take it on the chin if I do. It has been interesting hearing about your coping mechanisms.
I hope the determination I have left over the last few days continues into December and I don’t get complacent or the mindset changes. Must remember the lessons learned from last year as I do not want to find it takes me months to recover! May even try 4:3 over December? Wonderful this WOL gives so many options!

Welcome Janine6 – yes we are doing a December challenge but no new thread just continue here. If you look at how we all begin our post – day of challenge = day of month, location and if you are on a fast day – FD or a non fast day – NFD. December 1st is day one.

BTW – as I have no pockets in the trousers I wear to work I have put my piece of paper with all the names of the back to back fasters in my bra lol!

Day 29, USA, Missouri Ozarks, Fasting

Yesterday’s fasting day went great, didn’t eat a bite until dinner and then I had a nice salad with red wine vinegar. Was going to have a Greek yogurt with some of the leftover homemade fruit salad stirred in (hubby had leftover pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream) but wasn’t really hungry for either so I just took a hot bubble bath and drank some tea.

Lots of exercise, lots of water, lots of energy.

    Wishing all a wonderful day.

    Second post

Bert18012 well done on your fab loss. Btw we ALL have a crazy side or sides….

Lynz, interested in your food analysis. I used to love potatoes esp baked potato but when I actually started to listen to my body sometimes instead of ramming food indiscriminately into it, I realised I just felt heavy and then hungry, the jury is out on bread for me too. Trying to keep it to a minimum but don’t think I can give it up and as long as it is a treat rather than everyday, I think maybe ok.

Coda, admiring you can even consider three FDs together. Keep going strong all.

    Day 29 WA USA FD

Made it through FD yesterday and on to 2nd day of B2B. Coda, may also try a 3rd day. I’ll see.

Hooray for all B2Bers who made it through day 1 and are continuing on.

We can do this! Yes, and thank you to the other cheerleaders!

    Day 29: Gloucestershire, UK: NFD.
Keep it up back2back fasters!! I could kick myself for being the one not sticking to it. I can’t believe it…there I was, the one with the idea of the pocket-list and yet I’M the one who f….. the test. (Sorry Coda, the forbidden word).
I MUST fast tomorrow and SUCCEED!

Hi Ciren2 – you didn’t f… you just opted out as it didn’t suit and as tomorrow is another day you could join me when I attempt a 3rd. Sometimes with stress etc you are better just calling time and as long as you don’t let it all go to pot you are fine. It’s that perfectionist in you again. Remember the guy who was doing the extended fasts – in the new book – he found when travelling the stress of it all was too much and he stopped but he never felt he failed oops that ‘f’ word. You are still here and still trying – not in any way a ‘f….re’ in my eyes. You need to get a new pair of glasses and view yourself in a more positive light – the way we do.

    Day 29 Portugal FD

B2b fasts have gone well. Highly motivated knowing that you other b2b fasters are cheering us all along. I have had just 2 cups of tea and lots water today. Looking forward to my 500 calories at dinner tonight. Went for a long walk today (about 10k). Feeling good.

    Xx

Day 29 : Cheshire, UK: NFD

Day 29: Pacific NW USA, as predicted 2nd half of b2b FD’s woke happy and not hungry. Continuing today with BPC, white tea, and water. I have chicken broth in the fridge if I need it before bed but the pocketful of love seems to be all I need! The progress notes from our b2b’ers is very heart warming as the 2 days pass around the globe. I have 21 hours to go!

I tried the 1/2 tsp of salt last night and will head to the salt cellar again today if I feel the need. About an hour after the salt water drink last night I had a burst of energy and actually made OH laugh at my antics.

Lynz – your journal was so interesting! What a good idea to journal food + feelings. New Year’s resolution anyone?

And … exhale – photos don’t lie, your efforts have made a difference!

AT – such a great plateau/maintenance quote. Wrote it down, thanks!

Bert – Nov was good to you!

Happy and all the pocket fasters – you are so strong!

    ==================

Janine6 – wondered what happened after you checked in with us at the first of the month! Yes, we are continuing on into Dec on this same thread, please join us if you want to try the daily check-ins during Dec. Our “rules” are simple. Start your post with the day of the month you are writing, i.e. Dec 1 would be “Day 1”, then add where you are geographically and whether it’s a FD or NFD for you. We’ve had great info, ideas, moral support and weight changes for our group this month.

Well did it again – posted before I looked down at the page numbers and didn’t see there was a whole ‘nother page to read . . .

Coda! – 3 days! How many hours total fasting will that be? And AnneMarilyn too!

BTW Coda – I am almost able to pull on the old, original jeans (to wear with my western turquoise belt) that I set as a visualization of my long term goal way back in your first 42 day challenge. When I was brave enough to reveal my secret goal you reassured me that I could do it. Your confidence and this group have helped keep me floating along on this journey, almost there! Thanks are not quite enough but I am sending my vote of confidence that we can all acheive our goals!

    Day 29 | NFD | Bucks UK

    Day 30 Sunshine Coast Australia
Hi Coda, I was also thinking of the 3rd FD. Down to 104.9kgs this morning and would like to finish November a bit closer to goal. Will certainly take it through till dinner and may have 500 cal dinner. Will give it my best shot. Felt really light headed about 10am yesterday. Had a mineral water with ACV and then chicken broth with a good shake of salt, pepper and moroccan spice for lunch. I had read before that salt can help the light headedness, and then later in the day read the article about salt. So can vouch for it as the lighted disappeared. Went shopping as a result and now have my Christmas wardrobe sorted yay πŸ‘—

Must now go back and read the previous page so I can see what you have actually written about the 3rd day Coda. Well done B2tf.

Went back a couple of pages and then realised I had missed the top of this page for some reason. Anyway, found the entry. Also found a bell ringing when I read about the OCD behaviours. I had to see a psychiatrist for a short while when I became quite depressed at work some years back. He told my GP I had some obsessive traits. One thing that got to him was that I was always early, sometimes before he took the next before me into the room. Because I hate to be late for appointments. and because it was an hour and a half drive to get to his practice, I would leave enough time to allow for traffic congestion as it can be quite bad going into Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. Hence my being very early. Made sense to me. But in lots of other ways, i can be the biggest slob and ignore the housework and read a book start to end if I think I’m not going to get caught out by unexpected visitors πŸ˜”I’m trying to learn that others have the right to their own opinion. I’m very attached to being right and attached to my reputation. So can get stroppy if others can’t see my point. We all have our quirks, some more debilitating than others. Well done that you have learnt how to manage yours Bert.
Well done to you too Holly. And keep on keeping on, Rocy, my 2 fasting buddies from August (the last time I had a decent result till this last 2 days or so).

    2nd post – FD

At the end of this second B2B FD (50hrs in now) – managed to stay well below the 500cal mark so very happy with that. Also kept my fluid intake up – 2L so far today.

Well done to the other B2B ers and any one else who achieved what they set out to do today – small steps are so important

@ciren2 you are not alone – we all have the odd time when everything seems to be against us – the important thing is to let it go and start a fresh day tomorrow – you have got this – we all have your back – big virtual hug coming your way.

@coda – Wow all my positive thoughts coming your way for your 3rd FD in a row tomorrow and also @annemarilyn if you go with Coda on this. I’ll keep you company for as long as I can tomorrow – I have a morning Yoga class and would usually break my fast after the class late morning but I’ll see how I feel after the class.
I have never done a 3 x FDs in a row but then before this November Challenge I had never done a B2B FDs either and it has got me off the plateau I was stuck on for the last 2/3 months – thank you for the advice and information shared on this site

Amazing group of people full of support – will see what the scales show tomorrow……..

    Night All

    London | Day 29 | 36h liquid fast

It was a tough one today. Bone broth helped take the edge off hunger, and other than that I’ve been drinking lots of water, roobosh-, peppermint-tea, black coffee and lemon water (with a dash of apple cider vinegar) to keep myself hydrated.

TRX yoga core class tomorrow with my favourite teacher πŸ™‚

Well done to the b2b fasters! Ciren’s pocket list idea is spreading I see πŸ™‚ Will join you next time for a b2b fast.

I’ve lost track of who’s doing the December challenge – please add me if you haven’t already, thanks.

    Day 29– Colorado, USA– FD

Wrapping up my very first back-to-back Fast Days! Couldn’t have done it without you all.

Oddly, this 2nd day has actually been easier than the first. Absolutely no crazy urges for McDonald’s french fries & Diet Coke today. Such a relief!

Just did liquids all day. Will have a very light chicken & veggie dinner (well under 500 cals later.

Tomorrow will def be NFD for me…but Hooray for those extending for a 3rd FD. Amazing. Actually seems doable now (especially with the info in Dr. Fung’s Complete Fasting book.) Good luck to those going for the 3rd!!

    Day 29 London UK NFD

    Day 30, Australia FD

Finishedthe b2b fast with all you pocket supporters and was thinking of continuing another day. Then came on here and read that Coda, AnneMarilyn, Fuvvie and maybe AT (for part of it) are doing the third day so it encouraged me to commit! Have done three b2b’s in a row the last two weeks, but wouldn’t have thought I could do it this week, was so hungry yesterday. I have stayed under 300 cals each of the last two days but when I weighed in this morning I am only down 100 grams from last week! I do find the third fd is when I finally lose. I have one kg to lose, though want to get below it after a fd so I’m sitting around it on nfd’s.
So I’ll be thinking of you all on our third b2b, we’ll be so glad when we have completed it! And I’m sure I’ll be happy for breakfast or brunch tomorrow!
Good job everyone who has been doing the Mon Tues b2b.

    Day 29 – London,UK – last few hours of b2b fast

Have found the experience very rewarding, didn’t manage it last time I tried so feel that I have made a lot of progress this month, thank you all for your help and support, I feel like a real ‘5:2er’ now!

Had only liquid from 5.00pm yesterday ’til a light 250 cal dinner at 7.00pm tonight with only an apple, an orange, a MISO soup, 2 coffees, peppermint & Liquorice tea and water yesterday. Hoping to see a good result on the scales tomorrow!!

Good luck @coda and @annemarilyn on you 3rd FD, I’m not there yet, looking forward to a NFD tomorrow. Good night all!

    Second post

Just looked back and noticed the others joining the 3rd FD, good luck to you all, and anyone else who joins you!! I will be keeping you in my mind tomorrow!

Hi all, about to retire and have completed over 51 hrs so far – 8pm Sunday to 11pm Tuesday. Apart from one period when my stomach was making very loud noises I can honestly say I have not been hungry but then I didn’t have to cook for family tonight. I’ll see how it goes and if I can continue until dinner tomorrow with perhaps a meal under 500 which means I could still continue fasting until at least lunch time Thursday? It’s strange as I feel I could do without eating!

B2tf i remember that western turquoise belt lol. How wonderful a visualisation is almost reality! Well done you x

Oh Fuvvie you made me laugh as I can see myself in so much of what you described, apart from being early. My oh laughs and says while he knew I was miss right he didn’t know it meant always!

    Nite all x

    Day 29….. Florida….. NFD

Very good day, although very busy at work. No breakfast, salad with dressing for lunch and an unexpected latte delivered. The wonderful husband was running errands and brought me a 20oz. Latte from my favorite little coffe shop. Yum!

Also, I was on time again for work! Thank you for all the support, I was given and I hope along the way, I was able to help! Not a lot of people understand the issues associated with OCD, so normally, I don’t say anything except people that need to know such as bosses. Bosses think your a little whacked, if you run behind everyone closing doors…. lol But once the understand it, they get it and in there own little ways try to help. I let the cat out of the bag, but knowing each of you would be supportive made it easy to tell you.

I can’t wait for the Dec. challenge to begin….

Well, I’ve been summoned to help with dinner, so, I must be off!
    Have a great night!

    Day 29 USA NFD
Day 30 USA FD signing in now as I will be traveling all day on Nov 30

Day 30 – New Zealand – Fast Day
Will finish the month with a Fast Day – should be easy today as have a meeting straight after work and won’t get time for tea anyway πŸ™‚ Will weigh first thing tomorrow morning (1 Dec) and report. Please sign me on for December please. Not sure how I will go with various social events in the next month, but that is the great thing about this – just throw in an extra Fast day. Am lucky as it is coming into summer here with plenty of fresh salads at most functions, so as long as I go carefully with the dressing, all should be good.

    Day 28 FD – E.Canada

    missed, again.

    Day 29 NFD – E. Canada

First, a big shout out to those on the b2b fasts, well done.
And encouragement to those who need it, I am one of those. I have struggled this month, I think it is the short days, dark weather.

Okay, so what did I learn from the past two days, which weren’t great.

I don’t have as much luck with FDs early in the week.
I succumbed today. I bought candy for the first time in a long time. I shared the bag with spouse, and it was a small amount of candy (about 100 cals) but I ate it when I wanted to resist. OTOH, I didn’t go crazy – I ate each piece slowly and carefully, and I shared the rest. Accentuate the positive

Yesterday – bran flakes 180, cafe latte 150, chicken 100, cookie 320, st. 750, salad and chicken 150, st 900 or so. Then blew it – ate a mini baguette 160, pb 50, st 1110, I think. Went for a 45 minute walk.

    Today – bran flakes 180, chicken 100, 1/2 chocolate muffin 200, pepitas/pumpkin seeds 200, small bit chicken and shrimp 100, candy 100, 1/2 banana and wh cream 100, 980, other 100, 1080. Short 10 km bike ride.

Okay, where are the veggies and fruits. Not getting enough of these.

I have to eat more at lunch, and I need more nuts and fewer seeds, I eat less of the former. I have to watch the sweets, they will become a habit again, and I will undo all my hard work. Oh, and I’m not sleeping well.

Still Day 29 here on the west coast of the good ol’USA, and I’m drawing down on the end of my b2b FD’s. I am smelling the pizza OH brought home but my pocket buddies are with me. I will have made it from evening on Sunday till at least breakfast tomorrow, Wednesday, which will be 60 hours of fasting. All you 3-dayers are making me wonder what 72 hours would be like if I didn’t eat until tomorrow evening. I’ll wait and see what I feel like in the morning and decide then. I’ll weigh-in tomorrow either AM or PM.

πŸ‘‰ I will add up the weight changes that you give me either Wednesday or Thursday and report the grand total.

Most all the b2b’ers have successfully finished their 2 days, congratulations are in order! Hip-hip, hooray! πŸŽ‰ For those finishing the month with a FD, also hip-hip, hooray! πŸŽ‰ And for everyone who started and finished November in our daily challenge group, hip-hip, hooray! πŸŽ‰

Now on to December! This WOL just keeps going!

Below is the list I have of the 62 of us that want to continue posting daily on this same thread in December. If I’ve goofed and your name is not here and should be, please tell me! Also, the same, if you do not want to continue posting daily in December please let me know and I will take your name off the December roster and maybe we will hear from you again in January 2017.

Day 30 country West Australia NFD
…and lo ! there was much rejoicing at the house of Lily!! Thank you so much to everyone on this forum. I really could not have done this without you. This group has kept me accountable ( persistence is NOT one of my virtue’s ) and the daily posting has been invaluable. Having the silent cloud of your voices in my ear has helped when I might otherwise have indulged. So once again – THANK YOU!!
I started out Nov 1 at 77.3 and today the scales read 74.1. I checked them twice to make sure it wasn’t an error.
I fasted from Sunday evening until lunchtime Tuesday. Would have gone longer but the lamb roast won!!😊
This has helped motivate me for December. Told my DH that his and my Christmas present will be for me to get to 73 kgs by December 25th with all the social occasions and celebrating…
So pleased to see improvements in my health. I was really interested in the salt info. I don’t cook with salt or add it to any food so I will try it with next FD. It could be the cure for my headaches and lightheadedness..
Had written a longer post this morning as I was so excited at the scales but my computer or the ether seem to have gobbled it up. ( pun intended !)
Best of luck to everyone else. Hope you all have a good day. Looking forward to the December challenge.
Reading all the posts and hearing of others’ lives and struggles is very helpful and makes us all feel connected. ( I was actually late for work once as I stayed and read all the posts I had missed one day!!)
    Onward and downward.πŸ˜‚

    Melbourne | Day 30 | NFD

Wow! 62 of us – I told OH I thought there were about 35 or so… maybe that’s why I estimate the calories too low – no good at guessing figures!

I stayed on the b2b and am amazed. Same experience as some others – the 2nd day I didn’t feel hungry. Although I have also discovered that there is a mental hunger quite separate from physical hunger – hard to explain exactly, but rather like wanting the ‘pleasure’ as distinct from wanting the ‘food’. Has anyone else found something like that? I know that food is pleasurable and often tied up in socialising as well, but there seem to be other subtle influences going on as well. I’m thinking that most of it is tied up in lifetime habits/experiences that will just take persistence in this WOL to de-construct and rebuild over time.

Hoping to have lost between 2-3kg, will measure tomorrow and let you know.

@bert1802 – good on You! I reckon we all have our ‘funny ways’ and once upon a time they were accepted. But nowadays ‘funny ways’ are re-framed as more pathological than they really are. If you lead a functioning life it’s just part of what makes you the unique and wonderful person you are πŸ™‚

    day 29, NYC, NFD

didn’t have such a great day food wise, for no particular reason other than i was tired and working from home so maybe filling up the time w random eating. Luckily i didn’t have anything too damaging ay home.

    Tomorrow is a FD.

    Thanks!

    Day 29 – Los Angeles – NFD

Normal food day today. Had to go out to a dinner so ate less healthy than usual but all in all, very very happy with this diet. Fast tomorrow Woo Hoo.

    MB

    Day 29, FD Canada,

Congratulations to all you btb fasters- it is very inspiring to read how well you are doing. Will plan to join you next time too.

Mazzie, yes, going through the ivf prep and drug protocol can certainly affect the amount of fluid you are retaining just like the monthly cycle -times ten. But will, hopefully, all be worth the discomfort in the end. My ivf baby will be turning 20 in January. So happy I persevered with all the procedures back then as I can’t imagine life without her now. Good luck, hope it works out for you!

@biddiev “hard to explain exactly, but rather like wanting the β€˜pleasure’ as distinct from wanting the β€˜food’. Has anyone else found something like that?”

Yes. This is quite common. There is a distinction there. By the second day your body has usually flipped over to running on fat (ketone production). You don’t need glucose any more so your hunger is driven from habit and pleasure rather than from a physical need to eat for energy.

    Day 30 | Derbyshire UK | FD

Day. 30 fast day definitely doing December this thread certainly helps

3rd post. Sorry Coda. I caved at lunch time. My day became messed up when I had a phone call from my son IL to say that my grandson had dropped a table on his foot at school. The kids were helping clean desks and things as they start the school holidays this afternoon. I was at the hairdressers but could pick him up later. So SIL took him to hospital. My daughter works there and she stayed with him through the x-ray etc and then I picked him up from her and brought him home. Got him lunch and decided to join him. I was worried the chicken in the broth would go off, so ate it. That was the end of it. Have tucked into a pile of nuts since then. Forgot that I pick up the boys from school on Wednesday with g-son already at home. The school rang as my SIL arrived home wondering who was picking up the boys. So off I shot like a rocket, but then had to stay in the speed limit, got the other 2, dropped one off for dance lessons and then came home.So will make this morning’s weight my end of November and the weight tomorrow morning the beginning of December. Who am I kidding???? Will fast from now to make the most of tomorrow’s fast day and a good start to December I hope. 106.4 to 104.9 = 1.5kgs dispersed this month. May it stay that way and big effort for December to try and get within cooee of my end of year goal.

    Day30 – Staffordshire UK – NFD

Day 30, NFD, New Zealand. Ate my TDEE. feeling really good to have made it through the November challenge. This is the first time I have ever contributed to an online forum on any topic, and it’s been so interesting. The support is fantastic, knowing that other people are in the same boat, going about their daily lives, makes me really feel that I don’t want to let the team down. And even if I did, you’d all still be there on the sidelines. My goal was 4kg reduction this month and I’ve hit that target. I’ll post my weight tomorrow, just in case there’s a slight adjustment after today’s NFD. Thanks and well done, everyone.

    UK day 30 fd

Well done Fuvvie no need to say sorry at all it was just right for you.
If I have learnt anything over the last months one would be, while the going is good make the most of it as things can get difficult. You just have to ride the storm when it does. So I am making the most of it and so grateful for the support given on this thread. Ha ha can you imagine the comment of anyone who does not understand fasting. So at moment still feeling good and happy to continue – cooking tonight for others maybe a test but I will plan to succeed.

    day 30 UK NFD

Well done B2bers. Super stuff. Tempted to join you next time.

Having a low day today as I roll into Thursdays fast.

UK day 30 NFD Yay I did It ! Thanks fellow b2b ers -it really did help, was tempted to join you Coda on a 3rd day but decided to quit on a high (think that way I’ll be keener next time)

Had a good catch up on all the posts it is amazing how so many of us are experiencing the same things ,LynzM with you exactly on your findings and BiddieV – Yes ! thought it was just me – thanks for the explanation Bigbooty.

See you all tomorrow in December x

    Day 30, NZ, FD
Yay, managed liquid FD even with Japanese visitor staying – was about to sit down & have dinner (which would have starting my evening overeating & I know I would have ruined FD) when my father turned up so I gave him my plate (my mother is away hiking for the week) and headed outside to catch up on a few quick garden jobs.
Was a win/win as he got to have cooked meal with family and I didn’t break my FD.
Hoping to continue until at least tomorrow night – would like to have control to have 500 meal & keep going with fast.
Have overeaten past 4 days – stress/hectic schedule/upcoming event worries.
Feel better now back on track. Roll on December – I am not going to slip backwards.

    Day 30, Gozo, Malta, NFD

Yesterday I had a piece of almond cake I made especially for my third daughter as it was her birthday. I went above my TDEE. However today I’m 62.5 kilos so well below my target weight and it means I maintained well this month.

Today had two mini light cheese and tomato muffins and two coffees for breakfast. I’m having a fish pie for lunch and something lighter for supper to stay within my TDEE.

I’m babysitting all day my four month old grandson.

Happy Wednesday everyone, please stay strong.
