Hello..over 2 years ago I lost 45 pounds on the 5:2 Diet. You can see the story from the beginning on my profile here. Today marks the first complete year of the 6:1 Maintenance Program.

I am living proof that both the 5:1 (and maintaining the weight loss through 6:1) really works.
