  • I have put on weight since starting 3 weeks ago. Is this not for me?

Have you taken a look through https://www.fastday.com/fasting/why-am-i-not-loosing-weight-with-intermittent-fasting/
or this recent thread on a similar topic that might have some relevant advice?
    https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/no-weight-loss-please-help/

It might be easier for people to offer constructive advice is you can share some information. E.g., it might be relevant to know your BMI/weight; how much you want to lose; any medical conditions that might affect your weight and any previous dieting history; approximate age; gender; activity levels; how you conduct your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. and whether you’ve calculated your TDEE to guide your consumption on your non-fast days or if you’re tracking/estimating/letting the chips fall where they may; how much you’ve gained from your baseline – you get the idea.

    Good luck.

Foxy you are not meant to eat as much as you want on non-fat days. You are meant to eat at your TDEE or less. See the calculators in the HOW many to determine your TDEE and you can use my fitness pal to count the calories in your food if you want.

Otherwise, just try not to over eat.
