I kind of started slowly by an occasional fasting day and then really turned to 5:2. It works out pretty well so far, I lost 5 kg in May.
Unfortunately I broke my leg. Until the health insurance approves a walking cast I’m not allowed to put any weight on my broken leg, which leaves me quite sedentary. I’m very overweight and thus cannot hop much on my healthy foot with the cruches, because I fear this will not endure the stress.
I managed to create a yoga exercise that is possible with my broken leg, but as I’m not moving besides that 45 min per day, I’m constantly freezing. My flat is quite cold, even though I turned on the heater (in June!), so it seems everything has turned against me.
Has anyone of you an idea what I could do to warm up (besides wearing warm clothes while sitting at my desk?
