First weigh in today, a day early as I won’t be able to tomorrow.
I posted in General and made a couple of typo’s.
Starting weight on Wednesday 8th Jan was 18st 06lb not 9lb and waist was 50.5 inches not 55. Apologies for the mistake.
Today 17st 13.5lb waist 48 inches.
Visceral fat from my scales reduced from 23 to 20.
I have done ADF and just had fluids on the fast days ( it just works better for me )
I have found it extremely easy and have felt great on the fast days, I feel better all round, more energy, positive, happier.
I do HIT on the fast days on my bike which for me really helps to keep any hunger at bay. However, I have to say that I just have not had those terrible hunger pangs, I have felt hungry occasionally but it passes and I just experience a general feeling of wellness.
So there is my first week.
