I have been all over the internet looking for this answer. I know what High Intensity training is. Having an app called Sworkit really helps me do it. But what is HIT as it relates to the 5:2 diet?
Links and comments are appreciated.
As far as I know, the only relationship between 5:2 and HIT is that the same author wrote a book on each of them.
