Warrior diet and issues

  • Hello guys.
    This is my first post here and i would be a good part of this forum.
    I am doing warrior diet since 1 month and i am find it a very good approach to my life.
    My day is…
    Wake up in the morning..
    A large coffe
    Cardio training
    Centrifugal of vegetables and fruits
    Start to work…
    At 19 usually i start dinner after a big fasting since the dinner before..
    Usually i start with
    Broccoli… Some cheese…. Chicken… Avocado and some nuts..
    I love to keep carbohidrates only for the week end…
    The problem that i get is less hungry during the dinner..
    When i ate the broccoli i could stop eating but there to small amount of calories for a man like me… So i try to eat what i have in the dish..
    95kgs for 168 cm..
    Anyway my energy is very high for the whole day and the wheights training is also with a good intenstity..
    Anyone has similar experiences?
