Hi I’m Andy and just came upon the site after deciding , this morning in fact, to start the diet. I saw the good Doctor on a TV programme over the past few days and decided to have a go.
I have athritis in my knees and spine which has been exacipated by my weight. I need to lose around 6 stones and wondered if anyone could give some great tips and advice.
Looking forward to your replies

(ignore the LCHF part)
