Hi! So I’m new to this fasting malarkey and don’t know how normal this is but on my fasting days I eat a small breakfast around 0730 then wait until 7pm to eat again but after the few mouthfuls I get the most horrendous stomach ache that won’t go until I’m fast asleep?? It’s no portion size because they’re small. Also, on a side note, the rumbling in my stomach is terrible!! It draws so much attention! Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks
