  • I stacked on pounds after both my pregnancies…..now my youngest is about to turn 7 and I figure I need to stop referring to it as ‘baby weight’?!

I’ve managed to lose 10lb on WeightWatchers so far but I still have 20lb to go in order to hit my ‘ideal’ weight (I’m 5 ft 4 and currently at 153lb). Weight Watchers definitely works, but I need to cut the expense of the classes out of my budget, not to mention all those expensive fancy foods they sell. I need to find a new way of eating that I can follow *for life* – not easy for me with two small picky eaters at home and a hubby who passes out if I try to serve anything that looks as though it might be related to a vegetable.

I also work full-time and am studying for my MBA in my ‘spare’ time. I have a horrible habit of studying-while-snacking, which needs to be broken once and for all lol.

I’m really looking forward to giving this a try, I feel positive that it will fit into my family life and stillenable me to make some progress on my weight loss.

    Good luck to everone!
