  • I watched this video tonight and am keen to try it out. I thought 1 minute on the bike in 3 twenty second burst on fast day might get my metabolism going. Does any one have any experience of this? Should I do it before or after my 40 lap swim?I’ve hit the dreaded plateau after 5 months and a loss of 21 lbs and a decrease in my thyroxine meds because aim metabolizing it better. I’m determined to climb off the plateau so thought I’d give this a try.

    i 2 hit a plateau 22 lbs. 4 months
    now i do hit & carb cycle btween 20 carbs on fast days
    180 on mod carbdays nonfastdays & sunday anything i want still count cals do 1000 cals above normal nonfastdays.

    now things r starting won’t know until 2 weeks when maybe even more pounds

    did u like the part about activity chart while walking?
