I bought the fast diet recipe book before I started the 5:2 diet. found it really useful. I am a vegetarian and tend to want to eat everything in sight! but the book has helped me to be structured on my fast days.

Structure and planning are really important on Fast Days, I’ve found.
We started with the FAST Diet book, cycling through the 10 recipes. Then I began creating my own and now I have a recipe file full of breakfasts and dinners which fit into the 300 calorie day.
I’m always happy to share recipes. Although not a vegetarian, I do have some recipes which would work for you.
