Hi. Does someone know if it is ok to take a sunwarrior protein kind of shake made with almond milk, some wild berries and ice?
Are you a vegan? OK in what respect, need more info. Don’t you think you can get enough protein in your diet without taking supplements?
Hi. I’m vegetarian not vegan… This isn’t about suplemments. I take sunwarrior because I do cardio every day while fasting and then I take the shake.
Cardio does not break down muscle so having a protein shake is not necessary to recover. That being said if you enjoy it there is no reason that you can’t.
DD is correct. Cardio doesn’t put on muscle bulk. Just include cheeses, nuts, eggs etc in your diet and you should get enough protein. That said cant see the harm in taking a supplement if you really want to.
