    Hi all, yesterday I completed my 8th fast day so in the fourth week. I’ve begun to notice that in the morning after a fast day I have a really strange taste in mouth, it’s metallic – almost like I’ve been sucking pennies in my sleep! What would cause that? Is it normal? I’m not particularly worried, I just wanted to know if anyone else has the same!

    It’s ketosis – check the forum, it’s been discussed a lot.
