Hi. I’m on my second round of 5:2. Lost 8lbs earlier this year and then due to lots of travelling, socialising and general lack of restraint, put 9lbs back on!
Started again a couple of weeks ago and have already lost 7lbs so I’m feeling almost saintly 😇
I also fast on Monday and Thursday and work out most days – circuits, weights, swimming, running, HIIT – whatever I feel like.
I’m away from home again right now and have resisted joining others for a meal, I’ve even foregone the room service menu, settling for a handful of nuts and a Diet Coke instead 😊
This really works if you stick with it. Good luck everyone xx
