Starting 5;2 Tomorrow

  • I am starting tomorrow. I plan to drink mainly vegan protein shakes all day, along with coffee, lots of water, etc. to equal 500 calories. I’ve already created a recipe for my shakes and figured calories, so I’m good to go!

    so try flaxmilk unsweetened 2 cups is only 48 cals

    tastes better than those alternative

    I now live in CA. But I love PA! I had relatives in Chaddsford, and although it’s been over 30 years since I’ve been back, I have wonderful memories of that beautiful state. I loved visiting Lancaster (Amish) and other areas as well.

    My shake is blended up and in a pitcher in the fridge ready for tomorrow!

    Thanks USA…but change in plans. I can now see weekends are not good for fasting!

    My fasting days this week will definitely be Wednesday and Friday. It’s good that we can choose whatever 2 days a week will work for us for fasting.

    I’m going to love doing this!
