  • I started the 5:2 back in July 2013. Before the holidays, I had dropped over 30 pounds. I wasn’t totally bad during the Christmas holiday but, did put on 5 pounds. My fasting days were Monday and Tuesday. Guess I’ll gear up for this Monday (1/13/2014) to start again. I just find that I am totally over the recipes I used to drop my 30 pounds. My goal is 30 more pounds.

    Best of luck to everyone that is trying this diet. I couldn’t have lost the 30 pounds doing something else. It absolutely has worked for me.

    Off to research some low-calorie recipes.

    Hi there and well done on loosing 30 pounds!
    I started on the 11 July and have lost over 10 lbs so far lol, want to loose another 10 or 13 lbs then i’ll switch to maintenance..but i am not there yet!!
    Good luck on fast monday, am sure the little 5lbs gaines will be gone in no time 🙂
