  • Along with diet, the World Health Organisation recommend that you should aim for 30 minutes of exercise per day, 5 days a week. The definition of exercise is anything that raises your heartbeat and breathing rate. It doesn’t have to be done in one chunk, you can split it up into chunks during the day that add up to a total of 30 minutes.

With tomorrow (1st September) marking the beginning of a new season (Spring here in the southern hemisphere, Autumn in the northern hemisphere) who wants to make a commitment to try to hit that goal and check in here for a bit of accountability?

I usually get a bit of exercise done, but I’m keen to try to hit at least the 150 minutes per week.
