I logged on last year and only lasted for a few weeks. In October this year my weight had ballooned to 141.6kg and I had the light bulb moment its now or never. I logged back in again and my first goal I set for myself was to get under 130kg….today I weighed at 129.8kg. Still along way to go but I am feeling better and moving a little faster.
Slow and steady wins the race!
