Second month

  • My weight lose seems to have plateaued at the moment. However the some encouragement this morning when a colleague remarked that “You lost a bit of weight haven’t you?”
    Cloths continue to feel loser and I sweat a lot less. An unexpected consequence of losing 4 to 5 kilos of blubber is that it has changed my golf swing and not for best. I can’t stop topping the ball.

    Stevie, it is quite normal that you plateau from time to time. I assume you have re-calculated your TDEE after having lost weight?

    Perhaps do 4:3 for a week or two to shake things up?
