    I’ve just started my 5:2 regime.
    My first fasting day was Wednesday and I felt awful. I’d made the mistake of eating some yogurt in the morning, and that must have kick started my appetite. By 4 pm I was starting to feel weak and lightheaded, and when it was finally time for my evening meal I could barely hold my head up.
    Today, however, I fasted until 6pm (just had some low fat Greek yogurt) and will be having a fairly regular dinner in a couple of hours.
    I felt fine all day, so I’m guessing my trick to making this work for me is waiting to have food as late as possible in the day.
    Thought this might help someone who might be struggling. 🙂

    I find it easier not to eat at all, keep busy and drink rooiboos tea or similar to keep warm in the evening.
