    I’ve only been doing 5:2 for a few days but I was wondering would IF help reverse Type 2 diabetes. I’ve also got under active thyroids which I’m on 150 mcg thyroxine and 500 mcg metformin twice a day. I need to lose about 2 stone. Has anyone seen any results in either diseases?
