finally, i understand my body/diseases/diabetes &
fasting all by these lecture videos below & 4 the first time
i know by fasting that i will b svelte & reversed my type2 diabetes. this is no longer an experiment
4 me.it is now a given it is now done in my mind. (what a releif) thus just start & it will happen

however, he explains as a practicing dr helping his 100 miligram insulin patients by reversing insulin resistance & more importantly diabetes
there is nothing 2 buy he just luvs research & practices his research
this a great marriage of these 2 men it enhances dr mosley’s views
i hope michael watches these videos it might help him in his cholesterol which he is now having problems which on another video from australia

Foods to eat more of:
Blueberries Chia Seeds Cherries
Avocados Fibre Olive Oil
Flaxseed, Eggs, Vinegar
Spices Cinnamon Nuts & nut butters
Cheese Meat,fish, birds
β’ Eat whole, unrefined, unprocessed foods
β’ Eat your carbohydrates with fibre/fiber
β’ Shop the edges of the supermarket
β’ Eat as much fruit as you would like, if unsweetened, except
bananas and grapes
