Please can you tell me if on a fast day can you drink oxo or Bovril
Hi Lorraine, You can drink/ eat whatever you like on any day fastday or otherwise. However, on a fast day you need to stay within your calorie allowance (25% of your TDEE or 500 calories) and on a non-fastday, whatever you eat/drink needs to be eaten as a sensible daily intake (roughly close to your recommended TDEE – a bit under it if you’re going for weight loss).
Isn’t oxo about 5 cals….? Very low calorie drink, so have 10!
In the book he says how much a bouillon is. Which is the same sort of thing.

Quite helping and useful material on your blog for the public who wanted to reduce their weight. The update here about the fixing the weight problem would guide us in positive way. I would like to follow the dissertation services suggestion here and ask few question in other post.
