    Yes, it’s interesting. But they are only talking about animal studies, not human studies. This seems to be a recurring problem when it comes to the health claims surrounding intermittent fasting. Until they can demonstrate the same results in humans, this should all be taken with a grain of salt. Lots of effects are shown in rats or mice but when the research moves onto human subjects the same results are not repeatable. Just keep that in mind.
