I love my Porridge however I am not clear if using my regular Pin head Oats is too high in calories … My fitness pal says they are 300 cals per a serving of 1/2 cooked cup.
It also says that other oats are as little as 100 cals ?
I double checked it online and it ranged from 75 cals to 275 cals ?
I would be greatful for any feedback
thanks S 😉
I have ordinary porrige (I don’t know what pinhead is) it’s 70 cals for a third of a cup (dry).
