I have been reading through the forums and someone posted a recipe for pancakes which sound lovely and the person said they come in at around 200cals. The recipe was a banana, two eggs and a tablespoon of peanut butter which makes three pancakes. I feel I have somehow misunderstood as by my calculation that come in at 349cals using a medium banana and medium eggs.
I cannot find the forum I was looking at to ask the person directly. Can anyone else advise please.
