    There are numerous calorie counting sites online you just need to look for one that suits your requirements.

    Yes, that’s the best because nuts are quite calorific so it’s important to get it right and not overdo them. They are good for you and very appetite calming, I find. Also they don’t spike blood sugar or insulin. I use MyFitnessPal, but there are others.
